By downloading, accessing, or using the VoiceFlow application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

1. Service Description

VoiceFlow is an AI-powered voice transcription application available via the Apple App Store. The service converts spoken audio into text in real time using artificial intelligence technologies.

The application is currently in a beta and testing phase, and features may change, be limited, or temporarily unavailable.

2. Access and Use of the Service

Users may access VoiceFlow by downloading the application from the Apple App Store.

The service may be offered in:

Free version (basic access)
Paid version (full access, subject to purchase and activation)

In the free version, user data and transcription history may be stored for up to three (3) days, after which it may be automatically deleted without notice.

The paid version provides extended or full functionality, subject to payment terms and activation by Agence Vautier.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use VoiceFlow only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms.

You agree NOT to:

Use the service for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes
Attempt to disrupt, hack, or reverse engineer the application
Misuse AI-generated outputs for unlawful activities
Upload malicious content or interfere with system functionality

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

All data, content, and audio submitted through the application
Ensuring that your use of the service complies with applicable laws
Any misuse of the application resulting from your account or device

You acknowledge that you are responsible for protecting your personal data and usage activity.

5. Data Retention (Free and Paid Versions)

In the free version, data is retained for a maximum of three (3) days.
In the paid version, data retention and access may be extended according to the selected plan.

Agence Vautier reserves the right to modify or delete stored data in accordance with service limitations or operational requirements.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

VoiceFlow is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Agence Vautier disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, or availability of the service.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the application.
We are not responsible for any loss of data, transcription errors, or misuse of the service.

In particular:

We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service
We are not responsible for data loss, especially in the free version where retention is limited
Users accept full responsibility for how they use AI-generated outputs

7. No Warranty

The service, including AI transcription and processing results, is experimental in nature and may contain errors or inaccuracies.

Users should independently verify all outputs before relying on them.

8. Account Suspension and Service Termination

We reserve the right to:

Suspend or terminate access to the free version at any time without notice
Restrict or discontinue features during testing or beta phases
Modify or withdraw services in both free and paid versions as part of ongoing development

Paid services may also be subject to limitations during testing phases.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in VoiceFlow, including but not limited to software, design, branding, and infrastructure, are owned by:

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application in accordance with these Terms.

10. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit through VoiceFlow.

By using the service, you grant Agence Vautier a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing transcription and related services.

11. Limitation of Liability (Full Disclaimer)

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Agence Vautier shall not be held liable for:

Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Data loss or corruption
Misuse of the application by users
Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated transcriptions
Service interruptions or technical failures

Users expressly acknowledge that they use the service at their own risk.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar.

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Qatar.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
